چکیده

The impact parameter Faddeev approach to atomic three-body collisions which has been developed for, and successfully applied to, ion-atom scattering processes, has now been developed further by including, instead of the Coulomb potentials, the full two-particle oo-shell Coulomb T-matrices in alìtriangle' contributions to the eeective potentials. Results of calculations of proton-hydrogen collisions with only the ground states of the hydrogen retained in both the direct and the rearrangement channels are presented. Total and diierential electron-transfer as well as diierential elastic scattering cross sections are obtained simultaneously in very good agreement with experiment, over a wide range of (nonrelativistic) incident energies.

Calculating charge radius for proton with hyper central interacting color potential

An improved M.I.T. bag model with hyper central interaction is used to calculate the charge radius for proton containing u and d quarks. We present a theoretical approach to the internal structure of three-body hyper central interacting quarks in a proton, in which we take proton as a bag. We discuss a few of results obtained using a six-dimension potential, which is attractive for small separa...

Coulomb Corrections to Elastic Electron-Proton Scattering and the Proton Charge Radius

Recent values of the proton charge radius derived from the Lamb shift in electronic hydrogen tend to be larger than those from electron scattering. Therefore low-momentum-transfer scattering data from different groups and laboratories have been reanalyzed with Coulomb and recoil corrections included. This was done by calculating at each scattering angle and scattering energy the corresponding c...

روش جفت‌شدگی نزدیک دومرکزی در فرآیند انتقال بار

In the present work, the transition matrix elements as well as differential and total scattering cross-sections for positronium formation in Positron-Hydrogen atom collision and hydrogen formation in Positronium-Hydrogen ion collision, through the charge transfer channel by Two-Centre Close-Coupling method up to a first order approximation have been calculated. The charge transfer collision is ...

Two independent calculations of proton-deuteron elastic scattering observables including Coulomb repulsion between the two protons are compared in the proton lab energy region between 3 MeV and 65 MeV. The hadron dynamics is based on the purely nucleonic charge-dependent AV18 potential. Calculations are done both in coordinate space and momentum space. The coordinate-space calculations are base...

The work is devoted to a consideration of the different determinations of the proton charge radius. It is demonstrated that the results from the elastic electron-proton scattering have to be of a higher uncertainty. A review of the hydrogen Lamb shift measurements and the radius determination from them is also presented.
